Agreement
By using Budget Planner (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The operator may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service
The Service provides tools to record and analyse budget and related financial information. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. No financial, legal, or tax advice is provided—use your own judgement and professionals where appropriate.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials or linked sign-in (e.g. Google) secure. You must provide accurate information where requested.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. The operator may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
